The cabin is on the top right side of the hill where the two lakes meet through the Correntoso River, 90 Km North (56 miles) from the city of Bariloche (Río Negro Province) and 105 Km (65.2 miles) from San Martín de los Andes (Neuquén) through the 7 Lakes route. All routes are paved and well kept all year round.
The cabin can accommodate 6 people. Pets Welcome!. It has 2 bedrooms with closets, 1 fully installed bathroom, a big living and dining room and comfortable kitchen.
To protect it from cold the entrance has a wide access chamber built with bricks, finished 50% stone and 50% glass. Facing Lake Nahuel Huapí there is a wooden deck to enjoy dawns to sunsets.
For cold times the Cabin has natural gas heaters plus a base burner stove. Hot water runs with a natural gas boiler.
The cabin has a cable TV, microwave oven, stove, kitchenware, bedding sets, refrigerator, furniture, etc.
The cabin sits on a 275 m2 (2,960 sq,ft.) from a 1,100 m2 (11,840 sq.ft.) landscape area shared with other three cabins.
Near Sky Resorts: Cerro Bayo (you can see it from the cabin); and further are the ones in Bariloche and San Martín de los Andes (both towns with international airports).
The "Bosque de Arrayanes" (Myrtle Woods) located in the "Los Arrayanes National Park" with its 25 meters high (82 feet) and 650 years old trees, is 6 km (3.72 miles) far from the Victory Cabin. Over there you can still find "Walt Disney's Cabin" were according to the legend the famous man was inspired to create the cartoon-film "Bambi". Not far from the cabin you can also find the historical internationally renowned Residence "El Mesidor".
A few yards away from Victory Cabin you can reach the Correntoso's River mouth to Lake Nahuel Huapí, known as one of the best places for fly fishing of trouts of up to 20 pounds, near it is Lake Correntoso's beach recreation area with easy access by car or a short walk from the cabin.
